Thank you for your interest in Wild Rising Therapy.
If you’re reading this, you may be exploring your options for mental health counseling and looking for a therapist who feels like a good fit for your needs, values, and goals.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation for all prospective clients. This initial conversation is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for in therapy, and get a sense of whether working together feels supportive and aligned.
Wild Rising Therapy provides 60-minute individual therapy sessions for teens (13+) and adults via secure telehealth. Services are available to insurance and self-pay clients. At this time, I do not offer in-person sessions.
Insurance paying:
I am an in-network provider with Regence, Premera, Kaiser, Cigna, Aetna, and Molina. Clients with these insurers are responsible for their co-pay at the time of the session. I recommend verifying that I am in-network for your specific plan prior to your appointment.
Clients with other insurance plans are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service. Please be sure to review your out-of-network benefits in advance.
Out of Pocket:
Self-pay sessions are $130 for a 60-minute appointment.
Limited Sliding Scale Availability:
A limited number of sliding-scale openings are available for clients experiencing temporary financial hardship. Sliding scale must be requested by the client and is not automatically offered. Availability is based on current caseload and assessed financial need. If approved, a reduced rate is offered for a defined period of consecutive sessions.
Cancellation policy:
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that chronic health conditions can be unpredictable; accommodations may be available when discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Anxiety can feel like your nervous system is always “on.” Therapy helps you understand what your anxiety is trying to protect, and how to find steadiness without forcing yourself to “calm down.”
Neurodivergence isn’t something to fix, it’s something to understand and support. Therapy can help you unlearn shame, reduce burnout, and build a life that actually works for your brain.
Trauma lives in the nervous system, not just memory. Healing focuses on safety, choice, and restoring your sense of agency at your pace.
Burnout isn’t a personal failure, it’s often a nervous system response to ongoing demand. Therapy helps you slow down, reset, and rebuild sustainably.
Big changes can shake your sense of identity and stability. Therapy offers a steady place to process endings, beginnings, and everything in between.
Identity exploration is about understanding who you are beneath expectations, roles, and survival strategies. Therapy offers a supportive space to explore identity with curiosity, safety, and self-trust.
