Anxiety often shows up as persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, difficulty sleeping, or a sense of being on edge. While anxiety is a natural nervous system response, it can become overwhelming when the body stays in a prolonged state of alert.
My approach to anxiety therapy is grounded in trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware care. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety, we work to understand its function, reduce its intensity, and build a sense of internal safety. Therapy may include somatic awareness, parts work (IFS-informed), and practical tools to support emotional regulation and resilience.
Together, we focus on helping you feel more present, flexible, and grounded—so anxiety no longer runs the show.
